My Journey To Perfect Meat 🍖

If I can give myself one compliment it would be that I am a MasterChef level cook! Totally. So when I tell you this I want you to believe me. I've been through trial and error since when I started cooking in the year 2000. It's been a few successes and a few failures. Maybe called some stuff blackened before. Not gonna hide it.

Look, I'm not one to be giving advice. I don't fuck around with my words. It's done in different dishes around the world. You do it with soups and stews and don't even notice it. Imagine a whole pork loin boiled to seasoned perfection.

"Here we go again, another infomercial." No. This will change your food landscape. The way that flavors get so deep without too much seasoning or browning. I've been doing this since 2020 and it has now become the only way I cook meat. I'm not saying plop meat in a bunch of water. You have to judge how much water you need...or what type of pot you need. I'm not gonna sit here and make you YouTube videos! You're an adult and a culinary maven!!
